Programming: Our personal training programs are designed specific to each person’s goals and needs. This claim is made industry-wide, but unfortunately very few fitness professionals follow through. At Solution Fitness, we are known for individualized training programs. No two clients are doing the same program. Each of us is unique and your exercise program should follow that philosophy.
